Jamboree 2025 – Navigating NYC

Register for Navigating NYC Jamboree 2025 by completing the Google Registration Form. You must also make payment using the paylink

Jamboree Dates: July 24, 2025 – July 27, 2025
Jamboree begins after lunch on Thursday and ends after breakfast on Sunday.

Program Cost: $320 per participant (all ages)

What is included

  • Lodging for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
  • All meals (Thurs- dinner; Fri- breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sat- breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sun- breakfast)
  • All activities and programming during Jamboree
  • Trip to the Statue of Liberty and other fun places
  • All transportation to/from Jamboree activities around NYC
  • Jamboree Badge
  • Jamboree T-Shirt
  • Insurance for event

What is not included

  • Transportation to and from NYC and the lodging  venue.
  • Add-on activities you plan to do with your family/group separate from the Jamboree.
Spaces are very limited due to the capacity of the lodging facility and availability of activity reservations, so secure your spot(s) NOW!  Anyone placing a deposit after spaces are full will be notified and placed on a waitlist.  Balances that are not paid by the due date may result in the loss of a guaranteed spot to accommodate paid-in-full waitlist registrants.
 

Deposit 50% DUE: April 30, 2025
Balance DUE: June 15, 2025

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations on or after May 1, 2025 are responsible for 50% of the total cost (equals the deposit).
Any cancellations on or after June 15 are responsible for 100% of the total cost of Jamboree.
 
Please make deposit payments and then complete the registration form, and make remaining payments prior to the due date, at the Navigators USA store.

You must complete the registration form AND pay your deposit. Completing the registration form does not guarantee you a spot until deposit payment and payments are made as scheduled.

Navigators USA and Jamboree volunteers will not share or use your personal information for any non-Navigators USA purpose.
