Get two similar tents (identical if possible). Break navigators into two teams and have them race to set the tent up properly. All parts, clips, covers, everything in place! No Adult help allowed! Adults can supervise, but navigators need to read the directions and follow them on their own. Any activities for the meeting can be done in or around the tents. This does not have to be done during a camping trip, but can be used to help prep kids. Navigators of all ages can work together on this. Older kids must ensure that younger kids (stargazers) participate or it counts against them. If teams are bigger than 5-6, possibly add a third tent. They then have to break down the tents and put them away once activities are completed.
