If possible contact a local cup stacking organization or group and see if they can come and give a demonstration or lesson to your group. They may be able to bring supplies as well.
Watch the provided video or another on speed cup stacking.
Visit a website such as https://www.speedstacks.com/learn/?lang=en and watch a few videos on how to start stacking cups.
Give each kid a set of cups to start and space at a table and let them try with three cups to start. Continue to add difficulty until you have a sequence that everyone can master.
After some practice time try either timing each Navigator on their own or racing to see who can finish first if your group is competitive. Free building is always fun also.
Consider a discussion after everything is put away about good sportsmanship and how individual sports are just as important as team sports.
Consider going to a cup stacking competition in your area if there is one or continue to add difficulty to the sequences for those who like it.
There is also Rubic Cube speed cubing which is sometimes at the same competitions if your group is into solving Rubic Cubes.
